Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85??? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey everyone,

Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

The shop allowed me to use crafting materials to buy The Gold Dragon G7 Scout skin this morning around 10:30am PST, however it will not let me equip or use it? I would like to use this skin, or if this is a shop error I would like a refund of my hard earned crafting materials. Attached is a picture showing that I purchased the skin, but it is bugged and won’t let me equip it. Thank you in advance for your help.
