Battle Pass progress reset/lost, missing or new items

I leveled my battle pass to 110 and unlocked both R99's. I even used them in a few games 2 weeks ago. Why is my battle pass RESET to 85??? [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hey everyone,

Thanks again for the patience while this was under investigation.

This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.

my username is LightspeedFPS i logged into my account at 2024-04-16 at 7:18 GMT and i realized my premium battlepass just Disappeared and some of my heirlooms that i have purchased are a completly different one now, plus ive gained the new cobalt mythic without buying it. i have video evidence of all of this if needed and im just asking for advice of what i should do, and ive now seen that multipule other people are having the same type of issues. any advice would be appreciated.
