This should now be resolved, but you may need to restart your game to see the correct content if that's not already showing up.
So There is a bug that made all my skins go away and have some weird skins there instead, the second time it happened i was curious and bought 10-20 skins (legendary 30 crafting per) due to the bug, it got resolved when the game crashed upon opening the heirloom shop. I recognize my idiocy in trying to obtain the skins, but are you able to refund the 420 materials?
Also there is some unreleased skins there such as the flatline.

I logged into apex today I bought the feline faux bundle for 6000 apex coins which shows the top tier flatline skin available as the skin for the weapon that is the reason I then purchased the bundle and I received it in my inventory and then it was locked in my inventory I reloaded the game and still unable to equip I played a couple matches and the skin was gone from my account I have a video of the whole incident it won’t let me apply to the post nor will it allow me to post a image of it
