Please help! Matchmaking 1

Hello. My EA account, which is linked to my PSN ID Solonik186,  was recently unblocked, but now I’m having problems with matchmaking. When I try to find a game on my PlayStation 5, the queue gets stuck forever at “1 player in queue”. I can’t even access “Tir”. I’ve already restored the licenses on my PS5, changed the data center, and checked my internet connection. This is definitely related to the residual shadow ban / matchmaking restriction for my EA account after it was unblocked.  Please update or reset the matchmaking status for my account on your servers. Thank you.
