What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I wanted to change the skins on some of my weapons, and I saw new ones and decided to buy them, but for some reason they were not used. So I decided to re-login, but after re-logging into the game they were no longer there, as were the materials for which I bought them

What happens when the bug occurs? I wanted to change the skins on some of my weapons, and I saw new ones and decided to buy them, but for some reason they were not used. I restarted the game to see if I'd still have them and maybe even equip them later, but my game crashed and I lost all my crafting materials and a few items I bought
What should be happening instead? I would like to get the skins, but if this is not possible, then you can at least return the materials
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After adding things to the store or new events or right after they expire, the shop will bug out
