sadly we can't help you regarding the topic of bans and account sanctions here on the forum as we do not have access to your account here. All you can do right now sadly, is to wait for a reply, which can take a few days, especially over a weekend when fewer people are working.

as I said, I cannot do anything regarding this here in the forum, as only EA Support has access to your account. If you haven't got an E-Mail back, I recommend checking your spam folder. You can also create a new case, though that will close your previous case.
