as I said, I cannot do anything regarding this here in the forum, as only EA Support has access to your account. If you haven't got an E-Mail back, I recommend checking your spam folder. You can also create a new case, though that will close your previous case.

As I said, no one on the forum is able to look into accounts. We Community Managers are the officials here and do not have access to account details. All we can do is redirect you to EA Support, who are the only one that can help.
