Yeah, same
Close Apex and try this:
(you may have to look for the relevent settings through GPU's other than Nvidia)
Open Nvidia control panel and go to the "adjust deaktop size and positioning"
Then make the setting like so:
Clicking full screen and override scaling.
Run the game see if that fixes it.
- I already had that settings since i played stretched on other br game, but i still have black bars.
The problem with your guide is that it is about playing the game in 720p whilst we want to play at 1024p
