BloodHoud X Lifeline Edition owned but no items on my account

Hello there !

I have the Bloodhound and Lifeline Edition owned on my EA account but I haven't any of the related object or coins credited to my account...

I attached screenshot of Lifeline to give you an example.

Can you help me with that ?
