5/7/24 update

cases are automatically being closed and I no longer am given the ability to chat with EA live agents. My emails have received no responses. How is this acceptable? Only EA has the ability to grant coins and they refuse to take accountability. They will not send me the coins that I am owed. I have the lifeline edition of apex coming in the mail today. I can’t wait to get screwed over with the 1,000 apex coins from that edition too. This is absurd!!!
