Blue screen on Apex launch, kernel mode unexpected error
Hello! I'm having trouble running Apex Legends on my laptop. I keep getting BSOD after launching (be it five seconds or twenty after launching) with this error: Kernel Mode Unexpected Error. However, I don't have an error code, and it's ONLY crashing on Apex. (I ran Red Dead Online with no trouble five minutes later)

And here are the last two minidump files from today:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and Apex, and it didn't work. I have also restarted my computer and performed a driver scan. I'm not sure what to do here; it was running perfectly fine yesterday, and as far as I know, no new updates have happened on my computer in that time. (There was a restart update after the first crash, but it seems to have been unrelated since it updated after the first crash and not before?)
What do I do? ☹️ I'm not sure if it's an NVIDIA problem? Someone suggested it was something to do with the Apex anti-cheat system? Help!
Hi @manolo596perez,
From the DxDiag you attached it looks like your NVIDIA drivers are pretty old. Have you tried installing the most recent drivers to test and see if that makes any difference? You can find more info on how to update the drivers at the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still running into any crashes after that. Thanks!
