Bought 1,000 Apex Coins and didn’t receive them on my account.

I purchased a code from Amazon for 1,000 coins and then logged into my ps/ea account that has my ps5 linked and redeemed the code and I haven’t gotten any of the coins on my PlayStation. It wasn’t a specific ps code it was just for the coins so I’m not sure if it went to my ea account that’s on a pc? I don’t play on pc only on ps5 so I’m not sure where the coins/my money went. The Amazon code is an “Origin PC” coins but I’m not sure why that wouldn’t have still transferred via PlayStation since they are linked. The Amazon code seemed to be working correctly and it said I had redeemed it as well. Please help, thanks.

I was able to login to my account on a pc and use my coins for some packs. Then I opened them on my ps5 account. Support helped me!
