I just got off chat with support and while they did give me my coins I purchased, they did not do anything to fix the actual problem that is going on. They once again tried to blame it on Sony. Which I proved wasn't the case. If this was a PSN/Sony issue it would be occurring with all games, not just Apex. Like I have said before, I am able to purchase and get anything that isn't Apex Legends related. Anything and everything else works. The ONLY thing that doesn't is Apex Legends related things. These are the things I have tried to purchase:
Apex Coins from the store - DID NOT RECEIVE
Apex coins from a Code bought from Best Buy - DID NOT RECEIVE
PS Plus FREE skins for Apex - DID NOT RECEIVE (In fact, when I click on this one it doesn't even do anything. I click download and it flickers and nothing happens.)
For reference I have been able to get things that are for other games. For example I could NOT purchase the Free PS Plus skins for Apex but COULD purchase the PS Plus skins for Fortnite. Obviously this is something that is on the EA side of things. I just want someone to help me fix it and when I asked for support to have a specialist help me they continually told me there is nothing wrong with my account. If that were true then why would I be able to purchase everything else that isn't Apex Legends related and not be able to purchase the stuff that's Apex Legends related?
Please please please tell me there is a way for you to help me with this and actually get this looked at instead of just continually telling me my account is fine and that it is a Sony problem? PLEASE! I just want to spend money on this game and it is becoming very difficult. Should I just switch back to Fortnite?
