Bought Apex Coins through steam and never got them

If it's been more than 24 hours and those coins still haven't appeared, our support team will need to take a look. We're unable to make any changes for you via the forums.

I see you had the support link and had clicked around unsuccessfully, but as long as you're selecting a topic that makes sense for your situation that should get you in touch.

For example, from your link, selecting Apex Legends and then either searching or just selecting the topic I'm looking for something I bought should apply here and let you contact the support team so they can check into this further.

Please be sure you have these screenshots available so they can verify the purchase and help out. If you're looking into a refund you would need to contact Steam as that appears to have been made through their payment system. Thanks!
