Bought Revenant is gone. How to contact EA.

Hi.

I can't be the only one with this problem.

I bought Revenant over 2 years ago. I haven't played any Apex since then until 2 3 weeks ago.

I didn't do the challenges, because I suck and I wouldn't make it anyway.

I only played again in the deathmatch and control games.

I assumed after the challenge where done I would simply keep my Revenant. It's locked. NO refund, nothing.

I tried to find a way to contact EA, its impossible. It keeps going around in a loop in articles and help threads.

Any advice?
