Broken Arena Ranked Qualifier S12

I just played 10 matches for qualifiers for Arena ranked.  Got 7 wins out of 10. Those 7 losses I lost -12, -12 and -17 AP at match summary. The wins ranged from +56 to over 140 AP gain.  Once the final match was played, the game gives me 1 AP at Bronze IV as my starting rank. The math does NOT add up.  I wasn't negative at all. I went positive for 7 of those 10 matches and lost a mere 41 AP collectively with the 3 losses. I contact EA and they tell me they have no reports of this. I found others who were granted Gold rank with the same number of wins .. last season 5 wins generated a Silver I rank ... so please, tell me how on earth 7 wins is Bronze IV because I know it's better than that and I want my Arena rank badge .. I didn't do it for nothing. I don't think I should have to grind all these extra matches just to get to where I initially qualified for.
