Bug: Weapons not firing / not ADSing since latest update

Platform: PC (Steam)

Started happening right after the patch on Tuesday (Sept 16). A few different things going on:

• Sometimes right after unholstering a weapon, pressing fire does nothing - happened for sure with the Spitfire.
• Had my RE-45 just stop firing mid-mag once, out of nowhere.
• Also seeing this with the Prowler and Spitfire specifically, but not sure if it's limited to those.
• Same kind of issue with ADS - press the button and it just won't aim down sights.

No consistent trigger I can find, it just happens randomly during a match. Anyone else getting this since the update?
