Bying apex coins via Steam

Hi there,

Is anybody aware of such issue when I am buying Apex Coins via Steam balance and confirm my transaction my steam balance is not updated and coins are not purchased?

Just bought max pack without any problems like half an hour ago but next purchase was unsuccessful.
