Can’t access a contact for support

All the money put into the company and they took away the ability to contact them?

Hi @b1radmofo,

The EA Help should be up and running. I'm able to pull it up on my side without any issues. What's happening for you when you try to open a help ticket on the EA Help site? Are you trying to get in touch through a different channel?

In the meantime, I may be able to recommend things to help with your issue if I know more. Could you share some context?

I’ve been trying all morning to contact support per the email they sent for a live chat. I’m getting sent in circles…

If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers, this got me to live chat:

You can contact EA live support at
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:

Game eg Apex

Platform eg Xbox1

Topic eg Manage my account

Issue eg manage payment details

Recommended support option will be email or live chat at the bottom of the page.

Then you can choose to begin a live chat.
There may be some waiting time.
