If you're on a teen account there might be some parental controls set up to prevent in-game purchasing. That's something that would need to be changed from the parent account in the privacy settings.

If you still aren't seeing those coins I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately that isn't something we would be able to look into here on Answers HQ.
