Can’t play ranked @ level 50…?

I reached level 50 today and I’m unable to queue into ranked. The option is shaded over and is telling me “You much reach level 50 to play”. Tried quitting and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalli...

    Try again when you level 51 it's work for me

for some reson i cant play ranked even tho im level 50. can anyone help me out???
