I just downloaded Apex on Nintendo Switch three days ago and it does not let me log in to my account. I use Xbox but I now want to try it in Nintendo Switch, is there anything I am missing to link my account, I reseted my password and re-downloaded it, please help

Solved

@IronNick7722 Make sure your Nintendo switch date and time is synced with normal time. I had the same problem

Hi @EA_Atic I'm trying to link my child account to Apex on Switch but I can't.
In my user i can log in without any problem, but i can't log in my child's profile with his account.

@EA_Atic I am trying to set it up for my child, under 13. I logged in to the account with the adult then I go back to log in with the under 13 and it will not allow, even though I have gone through the permission steps with the verification email.

@mincemusa @theretrorambler you need adult account in order to play APEX on your Switch.

I have an apex account in my ps4 already I am trying to change it onto my Nintendo switch but it doesn’t wanna work and it forces me to make a new account
