Whenever I try and join my friends party in apex legends I will join however it doesn’t show me that and instead when I ready up it just puts me in my own game, so it is impossible to play. This only started since the beginning of season 7.

@RoughRiders90 are you cross playing with your friends or are you all on the same platform, also what platform?/Atic

@EA_Atic I am playing on Xbox and so are my friends. When I get in it doesn’t even show my level either.

Hey @RoughRiders90 could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. How to power cycle: Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on. Can’t play with my friends in apex season 7

Whenever I try and join my friends party in apex legends I will join however it doesn’t show me that and instead when I ready up it just puts me in my own game, so it is impossible to play. This only started since the beginning of season 7.
