Can EA ban me before I finished my suspension?

My account got suspended on June 12th for some things I've said on June 6th and I was willing to wait the week long suspension for it. However, a day later, on June 13th, my account got banned for something I said on June 9th. The email with the ban said that since I showed no change in behavior from my suspension, then they decided to ban me, but I wasn't even able to finish my suspension, therefore I couldn't prove that I wouldn't repeat my mistakes. Shouldn't I have been able to at least finish my suspension and prove that I won't repeat it again instead of being banned immediately after I got suspended? I wasn't even given a chance to show a change in behavior since I was suspended, and EA decided to ban me for something I said before my suspension too. I've already emailed them asking about this, but they don't address it and they keep sending an email saying that I should expect no further responses on the matter.

This one certainly sounds a bit strange with that overlap.

We're unable to review account actions on the forums, but I've passed that along to be checked into given the unusual circumstances here.

That can vary depending on the account history and the activity that led to the action being taken.

In many cases a suspension will last a week while a ban is permanent, but you should also receive an email with more information regarding any action taken on your account.

If you're not finding that email feel free to reach out to support and they should be able to let you know what the suspension was for and how long it will last.

dude plz help me to samw thing happened to me, I said something out of stupidness and got a 1 week ban. 9 days later im still banned like what. I havint recived another email though stating that I am perma banned and only still have the 1 week suspension email. I already contacted you guys a few times but no one has gave me the answers/help I need

@bhoppy123272 It's a computer bot,not a real person,so the posts and answers are standar
