Can I get help form an actual human from EA support?

So my account got permanently banned for such a mild offense in my opinion and I didn't even get notified about it before I got banned. I got banned for having an offensive name, which I didn't think...

I've been banned for absolutely no reason at all, after multiple appeals all I'm getting is automated response and no real reasons or solution or questions, nothing!! I don't think they're investigating at all, first 3 appeals my **bleep**, I've got all the live chat transcripts and proof of my account being hacked but nooooo , while all these hackers are running apex, ban the legit players keeping your stupid game alive

sonjtzu You just can't argue your case with EA I guess, nothing you say helps, I tried so hard to appeal my case, but everything I said was ignored, I don't think anyone actually bothered to read what I wrote.
