Can I play apex legends on PC using my Xbox account?

I’ve been playing apex legends on my Xbox for years, but recently I have gotten a PC and I want to play Apex Legends on it. Is it possible for me to use my Xbox account on steam or origin?

    @The_Melonnnn you can use the same EA login details, but your cosmetics and progression do not carry over, as yet.
