Can no longer sign in, only gives option to register for APEX

I can no longer log into Apex through my steam, after the game launches It tells me to register for the game and when I press register It just sends me to EA website in the steam overlay with the pro...

Hi it sounds like your EA and Steam account got unlinked for some reason. The best way forward would be to reach out to support, they can take a look into this and help with getting it straightened out.
