Can not connect to EA server

Hello.

I can't connect to EA servers 2 weeks ago.

I tried what is in this URL but it didn't resolve.

* About 2 weeks ago,I installed 「BlueStacks 5」 and activated「windows hypervisor platform」becaase i want to vc with playstasion4 player(my platform is steam).

I don't know if these things affect.

*I am contacting the provider now. I haven't received an answer yet

Can someone please tell me why.

@prprprsnr Do you get any errors?

also have you tried (just to verify) if it connecting and working if you exit/uninstall BlueStacks 5 and inactivate Windows Hypervisor Platform?

I have no other errors and I have already tried your suggestion before(Sorry, I should have add that information.) .
