Sorry, I'm not asking to unban my account. I just wondered how could I create a case to contact TOS team. Currently, I couldn't create the case.

Yes. There is an issue. Every time I tried to create a case, they will give me a case number, But I cannot track this case in my case or use the case number. And there is no follow-up from the support team
