HELP!!!! Apex Legends Delayed Reaction

I've been playing Apex Legends since the beginning. However over the last 2 years I've experienced worse and worse reaction times. Here are a few examples

    -Landing before enemies and still not getting the gun first

    -Screen shows that I clearly was shooting the enemy first, however in the kill feed it shows that they have already put a full clip in me before I even pull the trigger.

    -I main Valkayrie and while using her flight (passive) it will stutter her flying

   -Have to constantly press the pickup button on items because it doesn't think I'm looking at it.

   -Shooting enemies on redeploys or even from a mid-distance with no bullets hitting, but clearly aiming       at the enemy

I've tried everything to fix the problem:

   -Delete and redownload everything  

   -Contact Internet Company and had them come to my house to troubleshoot wires and hardware

   -Change in game settings/ computer settings

Nothing has worked and I feel like I'm and isolated situation as I see so many other players enjoying the game most the time. As for me almost 100% of my games are due to delayed reaction that I can't seem to find a fix. I would love to hear if anyone has a fix for this?
