Can't find a ban in the history to dispute it
Unable to log in to Apex Legends via Steam and unable to find any ban records to appeal, I urge the back office to check my login history. The previous ban was due to account theft, but my account has now been recovered.

If you're getting an error message about being banned from the game but don't see a ban in the history, please try opening an incognito window in your browser to submit the dispute form while not logged in to your EA account; it should work then.
