Can not login to apex or fifa 23 on ps5
I have tried to login to both apex and fifa23 and both give me the same message, “We cannot complete this action at this time. If you need assistance, please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com”

Do you know roughly when you started getting this error? What platform do you play on (Xbox, PlayStation, PC, etc)?- @EA_QueenBee I just started getting this error this morning, and I play on ps5.

Oh right, of course, I somehow completely blanked that from the thread title. Oops.
So this is the first time you're trying to use your EA account to log in to our games? I don't suppose you've set up an underage account and linked your PlayStation to it? We have a bit more information about underage accounts here:

at login. I'm on Xbox but seeing the same type of issue....
