Cannot enter games on nearest server.

Hi there, 

I have recently moved from the UK to Thailand, so Singapore GCE 1 & 2 are my nearest servers and have the lowest ping. However, I cannot match make on these servers, I just get stuck in the queue, for hours and I can never enter a game. If I change the server to London (the server I used to play on) I can enter games instantly but the ping is way too high. 

Any advice on what is blocking me from entering games on the Singapore servers?
