RE45 Legendary Pack Bug

RE45 Legendary pack gives me a bangalore emote instead of the RE45 Legendary? 

I played so much because i wanted a diffrent RE45 skin and i get a bangalore emote?!

I want my RE45 skin 

and the support on apex EA is horrible. i could NOT find anything anywhere, so i hope i get somewhere here..
