that's what am facing right now, after recovering my account for being hacked and compromised and they got my account ban. i applied for removing the ban and they did.
BUT! i can't join any game play and stuck on queue with 1~ 3 players.
i tried to reset router and uninstalled the game twice and repair it, tried to change servers + cleaning caches still doesn't work.
if u got a solution please reply to this.
I encountered the same issue too, i just recovered my account from being hacked and getting banned. Turns out i can't queue up too, it keeps saying 1 player in queue. I have tried everything but to nothing seems to work.
