Cannot enter match after unbanned from Apex Legends

I recently got unbanned from Apex Legends, after changing my password and stuff I log back into Apex but somehow cant enter a match it says 1 player in queue which is me, but I can enter the firing r...

same it i contacted EA support and they told me to do many stuffs i did them all and still doesnt let me in, now i tried on steam and downloaded the game for the 4th time still did repair changed the Dns nothing new... 

now am trying to use vpn i dont know if its going to work
