Cannot get the loot for Apex on Amazon Prime Gaming

Greetings,

I have a problem with amazon prime looting. I have only one EA, twitch and twitch prime account. So there is no possibility to connected to wrong account. When I want to claim the offer on amazon prime I clicked the "Claim now" button then I wrote my e-mail and password then it says succesfully claimed but I got nothing. When I look at my connections tab on EA account I can see my PS4 and Steam accounts are connected but I cannot see the amazon account. I was talking on live chat with your team for 4-5 days but none can help me. Not only Apex, I tried to get loot for Fifa and Madden as well to re-type and link my EA account but it doesn't work. It says me succesfully claimed. When I talk with your advisors they tell me go contact with amazon, when I go to amazon to talk about this topic they tell me go contact with EA. I am really sick of it. I am really tired. I explain and I rewrote my problems million times when I connect a live chat. I really tired. I want to talk with someone on EA with considerable access to solve my problem. I cannot find someone on whole EA to solve my problem. Some advisors tell me follow our twitter account and the others tell me do this, do this, do this but everytime we do these things we got nothing. I am about to crazy, really. I am about to uninstall and delete all the EA games and apps. I am really disappointed.

    In some cases trying to claim additional rewards from another game can help out, but I see you've tried that with FIFA and Madden as well already.

    Since those were just claimed instead of allowing you to enter your account information again, that does mean your Prime Gaming account was linked to an EA Account already.

    As you're not seeing an Amazon account when you check your EA Account connections section, that sounds like there's a different account that's had that linked.

    We cannot review or make any changes to an account via the forums, so I'm afraid you'll need to reach back out to support again to look into this further.

  • @EA_Mako as I said I have only one EA account. It is impossible that there is an another account linked my amazon prime. Live chat advisor said to me go to our forums and you said go to live chat. What will happen If I connect to live chat again? I can say. Nothing. 5 of them cannot fix it so far. How cannot EA handle with this? It is like a joke. Everyone transfer me to a place and then another but none can do something. It is enough I am trying to make a conversation with EA advisors for days. None want to try to help me everyone says go talk with bla bla etc. I am really done. I want to complain about this indifference and not being solution-oriented, from these attitudes I've encountered for days.
