My apex keeps crashing constantly on boot up after the event update and I missed a day of pro league scrims as well as a 15k tournament and 1k of my wages on twitch I need this issue fixed asap I have tried rebooting, Uninstaller, reinstalling, reset pc, tried on ea app and steam, and even went in and checked the dx12 files and nothing has worked it boots up the first scene then crash with out even getting to the home screen no error no nothing 

It just feels weird. I dont know what happened in this update, this update seems set many settings to default

I check the json files too and they both have the same content

What happens when the bug occurs? I am trying to open my game Apex legends, and it closes by it self everytime. I have tried reinstalling the game on here on the ea app and steam, and even went to the legnths of hard restarting my entire computer. I do not have any anti virus interfering, and have given the game full access to open. This only started happening with the most recent update and I have not been able to find anyone else with the same problem or have found anything to remedy the problem.

tech savvy guy here, tried everything for hours, researched possible fixes, none worked for me, nor have they worked for anyone i know. not Json file editing, dx12 option tinkering, repairing/veryifing files, restarting, reinstalling, rolling back PC, factory reset pc, nothing. You guys need to get on it already...er, please.

But hey, luckily, in the downtime, I've managed to discover I'm a pretty talented poet, and I didn't even know.. that.

Are you all running the DX12 version of the game?

It seems like there is an issue with how the DX12 version starts the game, causing a crash.

It might be worth to switch back to the DX11 version as it seems like that one doesn't crash.

Respawn always choke on their game. It's just bad influence sinse EA joined voice chat. Same problem tho. Nothing helps.
