Cannot launch the game on Steam, error when launching via .exe file.

Not sure what to do to fix this. Have been searching Google and haven't been able to come across any solutions that have worked.

I'm on Steam, I have tried re-installing and verifying files, re-installing and repairing EAC, launching both as Admin but nothing has worked.

When I try to launch the game via Steam it just closes out as soon as EAC finishes and if I launch it via the .exe inside the games folder, it tells me EAC isn't enabled/failed to verify and boots me back to the main menu.

Does anyone know of any way to fix this?

Issue started a bit before this current season launched. I have also tried to play it via the EA App and it has the same issue as Steam.
