Unable to ready up

I’ve had this glitch since i started playing in season five and have tried many different things to fix it,

my problem is whenever I go into a match and go back to the lobby i cannot ready up without closing my application, sometimes going back to the main menu works but not if i’m playing with a party. 

What I’ve tried so far is, clearing caches, changing dns servers, changing regions, deleting and reinstalling the game and even switching consoles.

It’s only my account as other accounts on the same console don’t experience this problem. It’s really annoying and makes going into a game frustrating and annoying.

I am on playstation i switched from ps4 to ps5 to another ps5.
