Cannot link EA account to PS5

Hi there EA Support,

I havent played in years since my PS4 and now I bought the new PS5 for my kids and when I try to link my EA account, it says I cant because it is related to another email that is not mine and actually it makes it clear that it has been disabled due to lack of use. Here is the text so please help me link my account again, same guy, a little (actually a lot) Older trying to teach my kids to be gamers as well.  

Your accounts cannot be linked because your LAM**** PlayStation® Network account is already linked to your b4*****@disabled.ea.com EA Account. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in total.

As you can imagine I do not recognize the b4*****@disabled.ea.com

Please help me to play online again.
