Cannot link Ea with my xBox account

I went on youtube and looked over the forums, and I still cannot figure out how to link my xBox account with my EA account. I am able to log into my EA account on my computer, so there aren't any us...

    I got this figured out.  The two email needs to be the same on Xbox and EA.  Done!

I have the same issue except with ps5. I don’t have two emails though. All I got from EA was a link back to the help page and case closed.
