Cannot log into game

Solstice_88  I suggest running a file verification check on the game's files, as that could be the reason why the game isn't loading. Another reason could be related to your connection, so here's a guide on how to troubleshoot your connection to EA games.

You may need to check your internet connection itself, and may also need to unplug your modem/router for at least 30 seconds to refresh your connection. (Note: If you do unplug your modem/router, also make sure you had unplugged every cord connected to the modem/router, (including the coax cable, if your modem/router has one)).

There are a few ways to check to see if your Apex account had banned:

1. You had received an email, (which may be in your spam folder), saying you were banned
2. A ban had appeared on your EA Account's Ban History page, (although some bans may not appear here)
3. The game shows the following message when trying to load into the lobby:

Apex Legends > In-game Ban Screen

If you don't:

1. See an email saying you were banned
2. See a ban on your EA Account's Ban History page
3. See "The client's game account has been banned: Banned"
   
   

Then your Apex account shouldn't be banned, but if you would like to, you can contact the EA TOS Team, and ask them if your account had been banned.
