Cannot play EA games on PS5
Hey all,
hopefully someone here can help me as the EA games assistance couldn’t do a bloody thing about it.
they reckon I have 2 EA accounts connected to my PSN account which is stopping me from being able to access EA games on the PS5.
I have tried to reset the password about 5 times now with no avail and no one can seem to help me.
my EA account is connected to my steam acc on the PC which works fine but it’s just an issue with the playstation.

I'm afraid we're unable to review or change any account information via the forums, sorry.
If you've tried resetting the password multiple times without any success, this sounds more like your PSN account is linked to an older or inactive EA Account.
At that point you would need to speak with support to locate and verify the account using your PSN before any changes can be made.
If they've been unable to verify the account or otherwise update the login or link information that's not something we'd be able to do either.
If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
