Please, I don't know what to do!

My boyfriend and I have all those troubles playing Apex since season 10. Sometimes we are both ready, everything seams alright but only one of us enter the game. (Always missing a third teammate when only one of us is in a game) We have to reload the game every 2 games or so..

We tried a lot of thnigs and nothing seems to work!

We are on PC and in the same house.
