4 years agoHey @Delta4H, any chance you could try uploading that image again? We seem to have gotten the wrong one attached.
Has everyone tried these steps to clear and/or change your DNS?
It may also be worth checking that you've opened the correct ports on your router. Those are listed over at the external PortForward website here: https://portforward.com/apex-legends/

A couple days after changing my preferred DNS server, the issue seems to have been fixed
- 4 years ago@EA_Mako Hi, I did the port forwarding first without success but changing my preferred DNS did the trick, went 40-50 games without having the issue. Thanks alot!
