Same here basically cant access anything in menu except start a game , most of my skins are gone too as it seems

I spoke with ea help to day and they gave me a generic response saying their looking into it and their game devs will fix soon but the fact that some people have been like this since march isn't comforting.

My gamer tag is WileyL. I play apex on Xbox series X. I reinstalled apex legends yesterday after nearly 7 months of having it uninstalled. Once it was complete, after E-signing the new agreement and seeing my legend standing in the lobby, I noticed that I could only access the “play” and “club” tabs. Also that all three forms of currency were showing -9999 and had a white flashing bar going back and forth across them.
In multiple attempts to resolve this I have restarted my console multiple times via shut down, unplugging the power source, then waiting 1 minute or more. I have shut down the game client and rebooted multiple times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. None of these things have worked. Again, I have no access to load out, legends, seasonal things, or the store. This is frustrating as I would very much like to try out the new legend! PLEASE HELP!:D

I understand they're busy and know the trouble it probably takes to fix this reoccurring issue. I wish the devs luck and that they are able to fix it quickly! Luckily I can still play the game in the meantime.
It’s saying I’ve been answered But I haven’t. The maintenance update already took place (to my knowledge) and I’ve having the problem after the fact…
