My gamer tag is WileyL. I play apex on Xbox series X. I reinstalled apex legends yesterday after nearly 7 months of having it uninstalled. Once it was complete, after E-signing the new agreement and seeing my legend standing in the lobby, I noticed that I could only access the “play” and “club” tabs. Also that all three forms of currency were showing -9999 and had a white flashing bar going back and forth across them.
In multiple attempts to resolve this I have restarted my console multiple times via shut down, unplugging the power source, then waiting 1 minute or more. I have shut down the game client and rebooted multiple times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. None of these things have worked. Again, I have no access to load out, legends, seasonal things, or the store. This is frustrating as I would very much like to try out the new legend! PLEASE HELP!:D

Exact same problem here too! It’s been almost a week and ever since downloading the game on a new Series S I’ve had all tabs greyed out on Home Screen along with -9999 materials/coins. (Last played around 9 months ago on different console)
I did see one Reddit post from about a year ago that had some success on restarting his PS5 while loading into the Apex Home Screen and said it fixed the problem. It was a pretty generic post and he wasn’t very specific but this is the only thing I’ve come across so far as to a permanent or temp fix on our end.
Im not thrilled that this problem has been on going for over a year now and there doesn’t seem to be a fix from EAs side at all.- 3 years ago
Update.
got off of EA help chat about 5 minutes ago. They had me do about 60 minutes worth of different troubleshooting with no luck. After consulting with their team a few different times they escalated the issue as a bug. They gave no timeframe as to when it would be solved or even addressed but did say that between all the info I gave them plus screenshots they should be able to figure out a fix….
not sure I’m going to hold my breath but they did seem genuinely interested in getting the issue solved.

Alright, thanks for sharing the concern and waiting, really appreciate your patience. So, we went through the details of the issue and investigated more on this issue and got the information from my team is that happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however the good news here is that the studio is already aware about it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one.

Good thing is that this has been brought into the notice of the concerned team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible.
You just need to wait for some time, this is a known issue to us and our concerned team is working hard to fix the issue. ... gota love EA

Git my original PSN account back up and running and first game I want to play is Apex Legends and get the last three legends, when I got into the lobby my crafting materials, legend tokens and apex currency doing a jig. This has been going on since last week. When is the fix gonna take place?

When there is a fix I’ll definitely post on here. It’s going to be in the form of an update I imagine. Regardless when I hear something back or there’s an update with the fix I’ll post.

No I have received no fix. My game has been this way since just about the start of the season (a week or two in as I started late).

Hey guys! Glad to say I hopped on today and my game was fixed! I now have full access to all tabs and the store. Not sure when/how it was fixed as I haven’t played in the last three days, but it’s working now. Thanks EA! God bless and everyone have a great day.

Nope still broken. Incredibly frustrating when you are locked out of half the game! I'm currently on week 3 of being locked out of everything. Feel bad for the people who have been waiting months for a fix. I wish EA could just give us an update or something.

I am having this exact issue right now. Playstation 5 I even tried unblinking and relinking my account and nothings helped.

I've had this issue on my PS4 version since the end of June 2023 and it's approaching mid-August 2023. A bunch of people have had this issue way longer than me.
I've given up on any hope that EA servers will release my PSN account and other people's accounts from this horrible issue. I'm not sure how the game management team (since this issue has gone on for years, its beyond a dev issue) is letting this go on unless it is an issue that is seriously deep in the game's code and would be very costly/disruptive to fix.
I've started playing on PC, but I'm starting from scratch since somehow all my progression on my PSN account did not sync with my PC's EA account (I really thought that my PSN and EA accounts were somehow synced, I was so wrong).
So, I'll be only playing on PC every now and then and for most of the time, I'll play COD on the PS4. I can't put any more money into Apex. Every time I come here looking for good news with this issue I find more victims, SMH
