Can't access legends tab and currency says -9999

I spoke with ea help to day and they gave me a generic response saying their looking into it and their game devs will fix soon but the fact that some people have been like this since march isn't comforting.
I've had this problem for a week now , contacted EA help as well but they also haven't been that much of help, ofc This happened a day after I spent Apex coins to get 24 event Apex packs for revenants reborn heirloom, i rlly wanna progress the new battle pass and I'm worried this bug isn't gonna get fixed for me, has it been fixed for u? (EAmy psn username is TheRysef)
