My game crashes and i cant load back in

So i was playing ranked when my game crashed I restarted it and pressed continue and it put me on the loading screen for the game but it never put me back in i tried restarting my console even after like a minute or so of waiting and i loaded back up my game and the same thing happened then I restarted my game and this time it put me in the lobby, gave me a 10 minute abandon penalty and  i lost a whole 225 points because I'm in apex predator and those points are worth A LOT to me so it sucks to see this, was wondering if theres a way to fix this next time or if this is just a forever problem.
